| On Thursday night, seven playwrights gather and choose a theme for the following
night's performance. Each playwright has until 8:00 AM Friday to write an entirely new 10-minute play. |

On Friday morning, the seven new plays are randomly chosen by seven directors.
Each director is assigned a cast and has the remainder of the day to work with actors, musicians and designers
to prepare for performances that night. |

|
| Friday night, all seven new plays are performed for two houses packed with
Seattle's most adventurous theaterpatrons. At the conclusion of the first performance, the audience selects a theme for the next night, the playwrights depart to write another new play and the process repeats. |

In other words, throw talent in a pot, simmer it for twenty-four hours,
and unleash it upon an unsuspecting city. |
